How it works
How much of
this do you
want to run?
That's really the only question. The machines are the same either way — a kit you keep for the weekend, a full rig we set up and babysit, or somebody running the whole event while you eat cake. Three options, no packages to decode.
Tell us your date — we reply with pricing within 24 hours.

How it works
Three ways to do this
Same machines every time. The only thing that changes is how much of the day lands on you — from a kit on your kitchen table to somebody running the whole event while you eat cake.
Drop-Off Kit
You run it
We hand you the whole thing and get out of the way.
The layout you picked — mini RC soccer, the race track, or both — plus at least 12 cars, every controller, and chargers for all of it, charged before it leaves us. The walls clip together in a few minutes and that is the entire setup. Keep it 24 to 72 hours.
- We deliver anywhere in Bergen County, or you pick up and drop off in Glen Rock
- Keep it a night or keep it the weekend
- Nobody from us in your house
Set Up & Stay
We run the gear, you run the party
We show up, build it, and stick around to keep it running.
We bring the full rig to your yard or your venue, set up the arena and the obstacles, and somebody stays for the whole thing — swapping batteries, fixing what breaks, and showing anyone who asks which stick does what. You host your party. We keep the machines alive.
- Setup and breakdown are ours — you never touch a crate
- Staffed the whole window, so nothing dies mid-party
- Opens up the big stuff, including the 1/10-scale soccer arena
We're the pit crew on this one, not the host — no organized games beyond what we bring.
Ask about this one →Showrunner
We run the whole thing
Somebody leads it start to finish so you can be a guest at your own party.
We draft teams, run heats and brackets, keep the board updated, call the final, and hand out the podium. Nobody stands in a clump wondering whose turn it is, and no kid gets stuck watching. This is the birthday-party option, and it is the one people describe to other parents afterward.
- Organized games, scoring, and a champion by the end
- Rotations built so every guest drives, not just the loud ones
- Full fleet, and we bring spares of everything

The 1/10-scale soccer arena never goes out unstaffed — it's heavy, it draws a crowd, and it runs better with us working it. Everything at the smaller scales is forgiving enough to hand over.
Not sure which
Find your sentence
Nobody shops for a tier. They show up with a situation. Here are the three we hear most — pick the one that sounds like your week and we'll take it from there.
“I want it in the house tonight and nobody hovering.”
Then: Drop-Off Kit
Cheapest way in, and the one people re-book. It shows up charged, you set it on a table, and it is still going after the cake.
“The party is handled. The gear is the part I don't want to think about.”
Then: Set Up & Stay
We haul it, build it, and stand there fixing whatever breaks. You never open a crate and nothing dies halfway through.
“I want to actually be at my kid's party instead of running it.”
Then: Showrunner
Somebody else calls the heats, keeps every guest driving, and hands out the podium. You get to be a guest.
Still torn? Say so in the form. We'll tell you which one actually fits, even when it's the cheaper one.
Choosing between them
Questions before you pick
Can I start with a drop-off and upgrade later?
That's how most people do it. Rent the kit for a weekend, find out your crowd is into it, then book us to run the birthday in the spring. Nobody has to guess right the first time.
What's the actual difference between staffed and showrunner?
Staffed means somebody is there keeping the machines alive — batteries, repairs, showing people which stick does what. Showrunner means somebody is there running the event — teams, heats, brackets, a podium, and a plan for every guest. One is a pit crew, the other is a host.
Do I have to pick before I inquire?
No. Tell us your date, your crowd, and roughly what you're picturing, and we'll tell you which one fits — including when the cheaper one is the right call. We'd rather you book the drop-off twice than the showrunner once and feel oversold.
How do I actually get the kit?
Either way works. We deliver it to your door anywhere in Bergen County, or you pick it up and drop it back off with us in Glen Rock and skip the delivery fee. Tell us which is easier and we'll sort out the rest when we quote it.
Which one works for a birthday party?
All three, and it depends on the kid. Small sleepover crowd, the drop-off kit is plenty. Fifteen kids in a backyard, you want us there. If you want to actually talk to the other parents instead of refereeing, book the showrunner.
What does each one cost?
Depends on the machines, the hours, and how much of it is on us. Send your date through the form and we'll come back with a real number within 24 hours. Nothing is charged on this form — you only ever pay after you've seen the quote and signed.
Who's behind this
I'm a Glen Rock dad of two and a lead software engineer, and this started the way most bad ideas do: I bought a couple of RC cars for my kids and then couldn't put mine down. Then a few neighbors tried it. Then their parents wouldn't give the controllers back.
What I kept running into was how unwelcoming this hobby can be from the outside — a wall of jargon and a vibe that you should already know this stuff. Nobody needs that on a Saturday. So I'm building the opposite: real machines, set up and handed to you, no experience required and nothing to prove.
Every car in the fleet is hand-picked, maintained, tested, and fully charged by the same person who unloads it at your event. Local, hands-on, and genuinely into this stuff.
Straight answers
What if the machines break mid-event?
Some will. That's why we bring spares of everything and I carry a toolbox, not a shrug. The event keeps running.
Do we need to know anything about RC?
No. That's the whole point. If you can hold a controller you're driving in about fifteen seconds, and grandparents beat teenagers more often than you'd think.
What does it cost?
Depends on the machines, the hours, and whether you want us running it. Send your date and we'll come back with a real number within 24 hours.
